Everything. We got to the Motel and they had a problem with the pipes so they have to divide us into rooms with queen beds. The rooms smell like smoke eventhough they said they were no smoking. It was hot and the air conditioning was not working properly in one of the rooms. They sheets were stained which was look like to be blood, we ask for new sheets and we have to change the beds ourselves. My 9 year old asked me "Mom are you sure we have to stay here? This place is horrible" never again for trying to save $10 or $20 it is not worth it

NOTHING! It was a dump!

Management kept trying to put us in an upstairs unit when I repetitively told the Mgr that my husband was in a wheelchair! The room stunk of cigarette smoke though supposively it was a non smoking room. There was mold in the bathtub. Some of the lights and plugs did NOT work. If I had known this place was in a drug infested area, we would had NEVER stayed. Very scary area!!! Two times in one night the police helicopter was above our area and police sirens all night kept me from getting a good nights rest! We would had left and gotten a room elsewhere but, we would had been for the charged for the room anyway. How the hell is this fair when the room and area was the way it was?! The room was NOT; I repeat, was NOT worth 80.00 a night! DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!

Not far from Universal studios, if you enjoy Mexican food this the area for you, plenty of shops around, plenty of public transport at hand.

Carpet needs shampooing, has a foul smell, if you are very fussy this is not the place for you, Very far from la downtown an Disneyland.
